FRONT CHANGES:
Talking about the front modification on this Modified Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500, there are so many changes done at the front. The front suspension setup is kept-in stock but a cover is added over it to give it a beefy look with a total black paint job. The Front headlamp here is fully custom made with DRL.
Talking about the handlebar on this Modified Thunderbird 500 it got a custom aftermarket handlebar which straight type handlebar. The handlebar gives a good riding stance. The handlebar also got bar end side mirrors installed on it.
Looking at the fuel tank here you can say that it is a fully custom made fuel tank just for this motorcycle design. Here the fuel tank is very big in size which resembles the look of a Chopper motorcycle fuel tank.
Just below the fuel tank, it has a Blue Colored DRL as a fog light. The speedometer on this Modified Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 is integrated into the fuel tank.

Tyres & Rims:
A stock Royal Enfield Thunderbird has spoked rims and small sized tires. But here this Modified Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 now has full new alloys and tires.
Talking about the front tires here it is of size 140/17 which is really massive for the front. The rims are all blacked out.
At the rear, the tires are of size 240mm which is a very fat tire. Both front and rear braking systems are stock.

rear frame & seat :
Many Big changes were done to the rear section of this Modified Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500. The swing arm here is a totally new and custom swing arm that can support the massive 240mm tires. A dual suspension setup is used at the rear.
Talking about the seat here it has a custom-designed new seat. The side indicators at back are placed over the suspension system and the tail light is a LED taillight that is placed under the seat.
A new design on the side toolbox is used on this modified thunderbird 500. The number plate is placed on the left side swingarm.

Exhaust :
Talking about the exhaust system here, a double barrel exhaust system is used. The exhaust system sound really amazing with the 500cc engine. There are no changes done to the engine for performance upgrades.
At night time the motorcycle looks amazing with its underbelly LED Light and Front Blue Fog lamp.
