FRONT CHANGES:

Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 into a Cafe Racer

Talking about the front part of this Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 the front suspension is replaced with an upside-down setup taken from KTM Duke 200. The Suspension T-bar is also taken from KTM and a custom Clip-on handlebar is fitted to it.

The handlebar also holds an inverted-style bar end mirror and brushed aluminum levers which add a bit of swag to this modification. Talking about the headlight here a mono pod headlamp with LED surround DRLs is used.

The fuel tank here is custom-built for this modification and it has a custom pearl blue paint done to it and is finished off in metallic lacquer.

Tyres & Rims:

Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 into a Cafe Racer

Talking about the tires and rims on this Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 both are from Ducati Monster. The rear swing arm is the main attraction of this modification. It is a single side swing arm like Ducati motorcycles. 

This single side swing arm was fully custom made with a cast and a high density LM25 pour is used. The brake system is a mixture of different motorcycles.

Rear Frame & Seat :

The rear frame on this modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 is chopped and made short for a Cafe Racer look and due to this short rear frame the rear tire and the single side swing arm are the main show at the rear.

Custom made Cafe Racer style seat is made for this modification with a custom cowl design. The rear suspension is a mono shock setup from a Honda Unicorn which has been fitted with a custom made spring and spacer to correct the riding position.

Engine & Exhaust :

Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 into a Cafe Racer

The engine of this Modified Bajaj Pulsar 180 is kept-in stock and no power upgradation was done on it. The Bajaj Pulsar 180 Engine produces around 16.76brake horsepower with 14.52Nm of torque. The engine is painted black color.

Here the exhaust system is fully modified with custom design bend pipe which goes from right to left and a custom SS exhaust is used.

CONCLUSION:

The biggest challenge according to the modder of this motorcycle was of centering the fat tire while still keeping the chain aligned and cleared.
