FRONT CHANGES:

Modified Bajaj pulsar 180 By GV Custom Motorcycle

This Modified Pulsar 180 has a new fuel tank, handlebar, and headlight. Talking about the front suspension setup here it is kept-in stock. A new suspension setup should be great for this modified Pulsar 180.

The Fuel tank on this Pulsar 180 Modification is a very unique design and it resembles the RE Continental GT Fuel tank. But the fuel tank here is fully handmade by GV Customs. The fuel tank is in very unique design and it gives this motorcycle a retro style look.

At first glance, you might think this Modified Pulsar 180 has a clip-on handlebar but that’s not true here. This pulsar 180 modification has a normal FZ style handlebar but it is placed in such a way that it looks like a clip-on handlebar.

The handlebar is fully inverted toward the front of the bike and a custom plate was put over the handlebar. A digital Speedometer is placed on this custom plate.

The headlight is an aftermarket LED headlamp. The side indicators used on this motorcycle if from RE Thunderbird and at the front it is placed above the handlebar.

Modified Bajaj pulsar 180 By GV Custom Motorcycle

On this Bajaj Pulsar 180 Modification, both front and rear tires are changed. Both the alloys are kept-in stock which is a 17″ alloy wheel. At the front, the tires are of size 100/17. The front fender is fully custom made and it is colored blue with stripes of edges. The front braking system is also kept-in stock.

At the rear, the tire is of size 130/17. The rear fender is also a custom fender with the same type of paint job as the front fender. The rear braking system is also kept-in stock.

rear frame & seat :

Modified Bajaj pulsar 180 By GV Custom Motorcycle

Many changes were done to the rear of this modified pulsar 180 motorcycle. The swing arm here is kept-in stock. The seat setup here is a dual seat setup which is also a custom design. This is basically a split seat setup.

The frames for the seats are also custom made and the front seat looks like it is from a Royal Enfield motorcycle. The side toolbox is also custom made which is round in shape and has the same paint job done to it. 

The taillight is a custom-led round taillight that is fitted on the rear fender with the side indicators which are from RE Thunderbird. The rear suspension system is also kept-in stock just like the front.

Exhaust :

The exhaust system on this modified pulsar 180 is also custom-made. This exhaust system is just like the old Punjab-style exhaust system. This is a very unique choice of exhaust for a Bajaj Pulsar 180.
