Presenting you the Best Modified Bajaj Pulsar into CafeRacer. This Bajaj pulsar Modification is done by Nitro Street. This Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 is a 2003 Model which got flooded in 2018 and had to go for a full Repair. 

So Nitro Street fully customized this Bajaj Pulsar 150 into an amazing-looking CafeRacer. Many Parts were taken from different motorcycles and put on together for this build. It has a very good color combination of a Metallic grey frame, metallic black tank and cowl, gun metal engine. Metallic gold accessories.

The engine of this modified Bajaj Pulsar is also heavily upgraded for performance. Let’s see what all changes are done to this Bajaj Pulsar 150.

FRONT CHANGES:

Metallic grey frame, metallic black tank and cowl, gun metal engine. Metallic gold accessories

The front part of this modified Bajaj Pulsar is totally from KTM Motorcycle. The suspension setup is from KTM which is upside down setup this setup also provides great stability to the motorcycle at high speed. 

The headlight used here is an Aftermarket LED headlamp which is usually seen on any CafeRacer build. The handlebar used here is really a premium one that was imported from Malaysia. This Clip-on handlebar fits perfectly on the KTM Suspension setup. 

The levers used here are Moxi adjustable levers and the handlebar has bar end mirrors also. Talking about the fuel tank here it is taken from Royal Enfield Himalayan. This Himalayan Fuel tank gives a great CafeRacer look to the motorcycle.

Tyres & Rims:

Modified Bajaj Pulsar Into CafeRacer By Nitro Street

Talking about the tires and rims of this Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 here the front end is fully taken from KTM so the rims are also from KTM motorcycle. The Front KTM rims have 120/90/17 Kenda tire. The front braking system is a combination of KTM Disc with Bajaj Dominar brake caliper.

The rear rims are of size 15inch with 140/90/15 MRF tire. This combination makes it look very beefy/bulky.

rear frame & seat :

140/90/15 MRF tyre

The rear tire is really a fat one and to accommodate the rear tire the swing arm was heavily customized. The rear suspension setup is a dual suspension setup that is usually used in Stock Bajaj Pulsar 150. 

The Seat and the cowl are fully handmade and it is made out of fiberglass with great quality. The seat is a CafeRacer-style seat with brown leather.

Engine & Exhaust :

Modified Bajaj Pulsar Into CafeRacer By Nitro Street

The Engine of this Modified Bajaj Pulsar is upgraded for performance. The Engine was Bored out, with a jetted carburetor. This setup increases the performance of this motorcycle. Nitro Street has planned to swap the engine to a Bajaj Pulsar 220 Engine. 

The air filter is also changed to a K&N Air filter. The Exhaust system here is an Akrapovic replica double barrel exhaust.

CONCLUSION:

No one would have thought a 2003 Model Bajaj pulsar 150 which was flooded in 2018 would stand like this now. The project was started as a restoration job of the flooded Pulsar but it was changed into modifying it into a CafeRacer beast.
