You might have seen some similar Cafe Racer Modification done on Pulsar 180 but here this might be one of the cleanest modifications I have seen. Many parts on this Modified Pulsar 180 is kept-in stock and only some parts are aftermarket or custom-built.

The paint job on this modified Pulsar 180 is Dark Grey with a black body which looks mean. Let’s see what all changes were done to this Modified Pulsar 180.

FRONT CHANGES:

Modified Pulsar 180 into a Classic Cafe Racer

On this Modified Pulsar 180, the front part only has the modification done to its handlebar and the headlamp. Firstly the suspension setup here is kept-in stock but a custom cover is added. 

The handlebar here is a Cafe Racer style Clip-on handlebar. This Clip-on handlebar provides a great riding posture to the rider and has an amazing look. The handlebar holds round shaped side mirror on the bar end.

The headlight is a generic round-shaped LED+DRL one which is commonly used on this type of modification.  The stock Speedometer is now replaced with an aftermarket single Digital one. The fuel tank is kept in stock here.

Tyres & Rims:

Modified Pulsar 180 into a Classic Cafe Racer

Here on this Modified Pulsar 180 the tires and alloys are also modified. The alloys are used stock but a cover is added over it. This cover makes it look beefy and big. At the front Corsa MT Cross-X tire is used which is of size 90/100-17.

At the back, a Scorpion Rally tire is used. The front Fender here is custom made and at the rear, no fender is fitted.

Rear Frame & Seat :

Moving on to the rear part of this Modified Pulsar 180 the rear frame is chopped and shortened. The seat here is a custom-made Cafe Racer Style seat which also has a cowl shape. 

The rear suspension setup is kept-in stock here. The Taillamp on this Modified  Pulsar 180 is Integrated into the rear frame and an LED Strip lamp is used.

Engine & Exhaust :

Modified Pulsar 180 into a Classic Cafe Racer

The engine of this Modified Pulsar 180 is kept-in stock and no power upgradation was done on it. The Pulsar 180 Engine produces around 16.76brake horsepower with 14.52Nm of torque. The engine here was fully painted in black color.

Here the exhaust system is fully modified with heat-wrapped bend pipe and a custom SC Project muzzle at the end.

CONCLUSION:

Classic Biker did an amazing job modifying this Pulsar 180 into a Cafe Racer. This is one of the Cleanest Cafe Racer I have seen.
