Presenting you all a kgf movie inspired kgf bike which is modified by Indore based dirt custom motorcycles. This bike is a true inspiration for all fans who loves superstar Yash and movie KGF (Kolar Gold Fields) .
The KGF bike shown in the movie is a modified royal Enfield Himalayan but how ever the bike here is a modified hero Honda karizma and you wont be able to find much difference between the two bikes.

As you can see from above image itself that many changes have been made on this bike specially the design because hero honda karizma is semi faired motorycle but the final out of kgf bike is totally different because of new big dual sports tyre , Fuel tank and specially the color and demon written on fuel tank so here is the full detail about this modification.

FRONT CHANGES:
Front Look is completely changed as you can see the front fairing is totally removed and replaced with clean round led headlamp. The front led headlamp is small in size and comes with drl .
Now the front suspension is replaced with Upside down suspension to give that bold look and I guess these suspension are taken from KTM bike . The combination of Upside suspension with led headlamps looks perfect.
Apart from led headlamp you can see small led indicator placed on front suspension(Note – these small led indicator are not attached to headlamp) .

Tyres & Rims:
In this bike both front and rear tyres have been changed to give that beefy look . Now the front tyre is Michelin Scrambler 4-18 tyres with back powder coated steel rims with custom 40 spokes setup and the rear tyre is Michelin scrambler 4-18 with same sets of spokes setup.
Apart from tyre braking system is also upgraded with front disc with Four piston caliper and rear disc with dual piston caliper. These scrambler tyre give a perfect look to your bike but are not available easily .
Because of these tyre setup the ground clearance got improved which is perfect for doing some off roading.

HANDLEBAR:
The Handle bar used looks similar to KTM handlebars which are wide and straight which makes it perfect for a scrambler style bike.
But if you check the speedometer console it is now completely changed with aftermarket dual meter set one for RPM and another for speed .Even the ignition key position looks little different as compared to the stock bike.

FUEL TANK:
Fuel Tank used for this bike is taken from RE Continental GT Fuel tank which is converted from FI to carburetor. These are best fuel tank available in market as the length and its broadness suits perfect for a scrambler style bike.
I have seen many modification were modifiers used this fuel tank for caferacer style bikes also and if you are planning to get it please check out some scrapyard you will definitely get it in cheap price.
rear frame & seats:
Rear Frame is completely redesigned and is little bit short with a small custom made seat and as you can see from above image the rear suspension system have been upgraded to monoshock suspension.
For better performance and look rear swing arm is custom made and length wise its little longer and because of rear mono shock suspension setup the rear seat height is also increased.
Apart from above mentioned changes Team have also made custom made rear flap and side panels and the rear tail lamp is a led strip light which is easily available online as well as offline.
The led strip is completely integrated inside rear frame.

EXHAUST:
The exhaust system used here is a custom made exhaust along with an after market air filter . Exhaust is completely wrapped with a heat shield protector.
As you can see from the above side image of the bike the exhaust is up lifted so that if you try to do some off roading it will prevent the exhaust from slush or water.

CONCLUSION:
It took around 45 days to complete this bike in which the team have completely transformed the bike from karizma to a perfect KGF style scrambler bike.
Similar work can be done on any kinds of bike like pulsar , royal Enfield etc but only one this you should keep in mind is that always go with a bike above 200 cc to get a good ride quality and performance.
